If Houston is a big architectural sushi bar, the College of Architecture at the University of Houston is training tomorrow’s Iron Chefs. When the college’s growth and goals called for better creative, Origin sliced together a recruitment package to help entice students, attract top talent and showcase special programs such as industrial design and space architecture. No word yet from Houston’s future architects on resurrecting the giant Gulf lollipop sign on the JPMorganChase building.

What’s in it for me? That’s the question this package answered for prospective Architecture students at the University of Houston. And the materials made a pretty darn convincing case for signing up; they also gave the program an air of credibility that was appropriate for the program and appealing to those hungry young students pining to become the next Frank Gehry or Frank Lloyd Wright. What is it with architects named Frank?
