ORIGIN FOUNDER JIM MOUSNER FEATURED IN NEW BOOK

Jim Mousner added the title “author” to his many credits when he tackled the topic of growth in the recently published book “How to Grow as a Graphic Designer.

Spearheaded by Catharine Fishel, tackles the key issues that all successful graphic designers face. The book is actually a series of small recollections, anecdotes and war stories that are recounted by some of the nation’s most respected graphic designers, including Sean Adams and Noreen Morioka of AdamsMorioka and Michael Beirut of Pentagram.

It is rounded out by contributions from a number of other up and comers, like Terry Marks and Jesse Doquilo, who are rapidly making names for themselves and their studios.

Their stories are organized into four distinct topics that are equally applicable to myriad of other industries - Who are you? Where do you want to go? Where to find support, and Arriving.

“I was honored to be asked to participate in the book and to have Origin represented along side a group of individuals and firms that I know and admire,” says Mousner.
