Origin Breaks into Houston’s Top 10 Graphic Design Firms

In the past year, Origin jumped from 12th to 8th in The Houston Business Journal’s list of largest Houston-area Graphic Design Firms. Compiled by The Houston Business Journal, the 2007 Book of Lists ranked firms based on 2005 fees.

At the time of submission, Origin employed 21 communications professionals, including 11 classically trained graphic designers. Today Origin’s space, staff and services have grown considerably. Nearly 50 strong, the shop now includes experienced writers, public relations professionals, strategic planners and IT programmers.

Origin’s portfolio features visual communications and integrated brand management for public and private retail, institutional and business-to-business corporations, including the nose-to-tail launch of ExpressJet’s branded flying in early 2007. Despite the expanded services, the Top-10 firm’s work continues to center around beautiful, persuasive graphic design.
