Houston—July 10, 2007—Origin Design, consistently ranked as one of Houston’s Top 10 creative agencies, has appointed Jackie Dryden to its account service team.

“We are pleased to bring Jackie’s extensive experience in successful brand management and serving multidimensional, complex accounts to Origin,” said Jim Mousner, Origin Principal and Creative Director.

“Her background in large agencies and running her own firm will enhance Origin’s ability to give clients personal attention and skillful follow-through,” he said.

Mousner said that building a strong internal management team, “is earning a reputation for Origin as an innovative industry leader and full-service shop.” That reputation is helping the firm attract top talent and clients from across the country.

Dryden began her career in advertising. She has worked for international and local advertising agencies, including 15 years as President and Creative Director of her own firm. Most recently, Dryden was Marketing and Creative Director of Kickerillo Companies, a leading developer and homebuilder.

“My most recent position as marketing director for a homebuilding company allowed me to work hands-on with the entire range of marketing,” Dryden said. “It was rewarding, but I missed the agency environment with its variety of clients, and the opportunity to collaborate with so many talented people.”

Her work has received more than one hundred awards for creativity, from Communication Arts and Print Magazines to National ADDYs and the New York Art Directors Show. She is the recipient of the “Spirit of The Houston Advertising Federation” Awards and the HAF Silver Medal.

Dryden is a past President of the Houston Advertising Federation, and she has served on many boards, including the Better Business Bureau’s Advertising Review Board.

A Houston transplant and Afton Oaks resident, Dryden earned a bachelor degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin.
