Origin Helps DiverseWorks Art Space Freshen Up after 25 Years of Getting Its Hands Dirty
Houston—February 20, 2008—Origin renewed DiverseWorks Art Space’s image to commemorate the art center’s 25th anniversary.
“Origin’s innovative branding of our 25th anniversary season gave us a complete redesign of our most important marketing tools,” said Diane Barber Co-Director and Visual Arts Curator of DiverseWorks. (www.diverseworks.org) “The new design was so effective that it generated a lot of excitement and pre-gala buzz, resulting in our most successful fundraiser ever,” Barber said.
The 25th anniversary brand includes a new DiverseWorks logo featuring a paint-dripping hand and the words “Gimme 25” above the slogan “25 Years of Getting Our Hands Dirty.” Origin redesigned DiverseWorks’ quarterly event calendar and marketing materials, and reskinned the website to showcase the 25th anniversary logo and rebrand.
Origin also managed and donated marketing professionals services for DiverseWorks’ 25th anniversary gala, held on February 8th in the Crystal Ballroom at the Rice Hotel. In celebration of the event’s theme, partygoers were urged to “come clean and leave dirty.”
