IIW, P.C. was named one of the “Best Firms to Work For” by the Zweig Group.
The Best Firms to Work For Award recognizes the top architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, environmental, geotechnical engineering, landscape architecture/planning, and multi-discipline firms in the US and Canada. It’s based on workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, and more. IIW ranked #54 in the Multi-Discipline Category.
To participate, information is gathered from both a corporate survey and individual employee surveys. In order to be considered for the Best Firms list, the survey results must reach a specific threshold score. This year was a record-breaking year for the number of firms that applied.
Lauren Ray, PE, SE, Vice President and Structural Engineer at IIW, accepted the award on IIW’s behalf at the Hot Firm & A/E Industry Awards Conference in Dallas, Texas on September 21.

This is the third time IIW has applied for and made the Best Firms list.
