Dubuque, IA—Andrew Busch, AIA, and Chris Becklin, PE, recently graduated from the ACEC Wisconsin Leadership Institute.

ACEC, American Council of Engineering Companies, of Wisconsin annually offers the Leadership Institute, a leadership and career development series. The program gives participants well-rounded training on the business side of the profession. The experience is tailored to assist professionals to develop successful project management and leadership skills.

This is the 4th year Origin Design has participated in the leadership program.

The ACEC leadership class was a great opportunity to network with and learn from other engineering and architecture firms. I loved meeting so many people from such a wide variety of disciplines.

Andrew Busch, AIA Architect

I hope to utilize the knowledge and experiences I gained from the Leadership Institute to take the next step in my career and develop my leadership skills both personally and for Origin Design.

Chris Becklin, PE Civil Engineer

Andrew is an Architect in Origin’s Quad Cities office and has been with the company for 13 years. Chris is a Civil Engineer on Origin’s Water Resources Team based out of the Dubuque office and has been with the company for 10 years.
