Nelsen Joins Origin Design’s Field Services Team

Lisa Nelsen recently joined Origin Design’s Field Services Team as a Field Services Technician & Engineering Designer.

Lisa will work with and learn from experienced Origin Design field staff and engineers on various project types. While in the field, she will perform site observation, document construction progress and perform a variety of standard tests to ensure quality control. Lisa will also prepare detailed drawings, exhibits, reports and specifications; assisting with regulatory agency permit applications; and conducting studies.

Prior to joining Origin Design, Lisa served as an Assistant County Engineer for Pottawattamie County Secondary Roads. She graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
