IIW’s Quad Cities Office Relocates to Utica Ridge Business Corridor

Davenport, IA—IIW, a professional architecture and engineering (A/E) firm, recently relocated its Quad Cities Office to the Utica Ridge Business Corridor.

IIW, headquartered in Dubuque, Iowa, opened an office in the Quad Cities in 2010. As its customer base continues to expand in both the Iowa- and Illinois-side Quad Cities communities, relocation to Utica Ridge was an opportunity leadership at IIW couldn’t pass up. The new, more centrally located space is an ideal location to better serve clients, as well as attract and retain new employees.

“Our new location allows us to more easily serve both existing and new clients,” said Geoff Blandin, PE, Quad Cities Office Manager and Vice President.

Lynn Gibson, Senior Relationship Manager at IIW, echoed that sentiment, “The Utica Ridge Business Corridor in Davenport continues to grow and is a dynamic area with many amenities for both our clients and our employee owners. Our new location on Utica Ridge is easily accessed from I-74, I-80, and the 53rd St and Veterans Memorial Parkway thoroughfares.”

Since early 2019, the Quad Cities Office has added architectural, business development, and CAD management positions to complement its staff and better serve the area.

“I’m proud of the growth we’ve had in our Quad Cities office. We’ve more than doubled in size in the last few years,” said Pat Ready, PE, President & CEO of IIW. “The new space better represents our capabilities and provides a modern, more collaborative environment for current and future employees.”

IIW’s Quad Cities office is now located at 5405 Utica Ridge Road #200, Davenport, IA 52807.

Serving the Quad Cities area has been a pleasure over the past 10 years. There are a lot of wonderful people here who have provided IIW with great opportunities to do what we do best.
