This expansive center was formerly the distribution center for McGraw-Hill, with nearly 9,000 square feet of office space and about 322,000 square feet of warehouse space in Dubuque's Industrial Center West, the facility is now home to multiple companies including, Crown Holdings, Inc., Duluth Trading Co. and Hodge.

Early in this development project, Origin Design assisted with a topographic survey of the existing site and provided an optimal site layout based on the client’s goals and specifications. Origin Design then developed the construction layout of the site and the building foundation. At the completion of the project, Origin Design provided an “as-built” survey and drawing of the site.

Throughout the project, the Origin Design team also provided a series of technical engineering services, including grading design, connections to the public sanitary sewer and water system, a 3,000-foot fire loop water line design, a storm water collection system, a storm water detention facility and a construction site erosion and sediment control plan.

Origin Design provided the land development, engineering and surveying services for this project.

Ruscilli Construction Company of Columbus, Ohio, engaged the Origin Design team for this project.

The building is located on a 21-acre tract in the Dubuque Industrial Center West and includes nearly 9,000 square feet of office space and about 322,000 square feet of warehouse space.
